Helping hand.

I must use crutches and sometimes it is a little difficult.

I was crossing a busy intersection when a senior citizen a bit older than me stopped me. 

He then proceeded to walk into the middle of the intersection and hold up both hands to stop traffic in either direction. 

He then signaled me to cross. 

Smiles all around.
